Halloween

Well, Fall is here. I used to hate it when I was young because it meant the end of summer but now I love it because it's the start of the Holiday Season. Family parties, friend gatherings, & eventually skiing! I really love all the seasons!
On Halloween, Zac was sick so it wasn't too fun for him. We rarely get sick but this is a flu bug I am having a hard time getting rid of. I have some essential oils that are so great I won't ever be without them. We also take some supplements & in the last 4 years we haven't hand anything (cold, flu) that lasted more that 2 days. Zac tends to get it more because he doesn't take his vitamin drink unless we remember to make it for him. So between the drinks & oils, we don't go to the dr. unless it's an emergency. yay!
our latest emergency was Sami. She cut her leg with her ice skates. They're pretty sharp but luckily we we had them sharpened a while ago. She got 30 stitches on her leg. it was to the bone, she has a few gory pictures of it. but she will be fine to skate in her christmas program. Then, Cody was a match for a bone marrow donation and he went to San Francisco to be checked by the bone marrow Dr. & they found a heart condition so they took him off the donation list. we then went to our cardiologist here & ran some more tests, we're waiting for the last of those results.
